This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, strategic thinking, and turning ideas into action.Key Responsibilities1. Outreach & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage with community groups, campus clubs, and relevant networks.Maintain a structured outreach pipeline with clear tracking.Draft effective communication (introductions, follow-ups, reminders).Represent the project with clarity and professionalism.2. Competition Planning & ExecutionSupport the design of a small challenge (quiz, idea activity, or team-based task).Drive participation through coordinated outreach and communication.Manage registrations, schedules, and response tracking.Assist with coordination and smooth execution on the event day.Prepare a brief post-event summary.3.
