Role Description

The Google Ad Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads campaigns to achieve client goals. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, creating and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with the creative and analytics teams, the specialist will develop data-driven advertising solutions to maximize ROI. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai, requiring an individual with a results-oriented mindset and a strong grasp of digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Ads, campaign optimization, and keyword research
• Strong skills in data analysis, performance metrics interpretation, and reporting
• Experience in digital marketing and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to design engaging ad content
• Familiarity with A / B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Google Ads certification or relevant experience would be an advantage
