Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and ensure an engaging and delightful in-store experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronics products.
Provide product demonstrations and assist customers in comparing options.
Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock checks, and product availability.
Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and merchandising standards.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business.
Meet daily / weekly sales and service targets.
Requirements
Mandatory : Experience in Electronics Retail (mobile, appliances, gadgets, consumer electronics, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, POS, etc.).
