Job Title : Creative Sr. Project Manager

Location : Havas Media Network Centre of Excellence – Mumbai.

Job Summary :

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager (7+ years) to lead projects within a fast-paced creative team. Strong communication and client-facing skills, excellent organization, and proficiency with PM tools like monday.com are essential. Marketing or agency experience is preferred. The role requires managing timelines, resources, and communications efficiently, with quick execution and strong copywriting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously within a fast-paced team environment.
• Serve as the primary client contact, effectively leading conversations online and over the phone.
• Coordinate and maintain consistent communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure fast execution and timely responses to keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
• Develop and manage creative project timelines, resources, and processes to meet client and business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
