Key Responsibilities :
1. Creative Leadership
Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-impact visual campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential platformsTranslate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and visual narrativesGuide and mentor junior members in the team of designers and visualisers to deliver compelling and on-brand creatives2. Brand Stewardship
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing the visual boundaries to keep the brand fresh and relevantCollaborate with the strategy, sales and media buying teams to develop integrated campaign ideas aligned with brand positioning and consumer insights3. Design & Execution Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end visual development of marketing collateral, including digital banners, videos, OOH, brochures, social media creatives, packaging, and presentationsMaintain a high standard of design, layout, and typography across deliverablesSupervise art production processes, including photoshoots, video production, illustration, animation, and post-production4. Team Collaboration
Partner with copywriters, creative director, strategists, and media teams to co-create campaign conceptsCoordinate with external vendors like external partners, photographers, illustrators, and production houses as needed5. Innovation & Trendspotting
Stay updated with global design trends, emerging technologies (like AI design tools), and creative innovationsEncourage experimentation and inspire with fresh creative references and techniques6. Client Interaction
Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clientsInterpret client briefs into actionable and inspiring design directions7. Project Management
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising qualityAllocate and track resources to ensure efficient deliveryKey Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in fine arts, Design, Advertising, or related field.8–12 years of experience in creative roles, preferably in advertising, OOH, or media.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)Convincing portfolio showcasing experience with large-format creative workStrong aesthetic sense and a sharp eye for detailAbility to balance creativity with business objectivesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven team leadership and mentorship abilitiesExperience in both digital-first and integrated campaign creationWhy Join Us?
