As part of the Generative AI Platform engineering team, the Full Stack Engineer (India) is responsible for building and enhancing platform capabilities end-to-end. This includes developing front-end interfaces, back-end services, and integrating AI models as needed. Working closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and fellow engineers, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure platform features.

Essential Functions

• Feature Development
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end web solutions, including front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with AI / ML teams to embed AI functionalities into user-facing applications.
• Drive solutions that leverage LLMs, RAG, and agentic architecture.
• Code Quality & Best Practices
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages / frameworks relevant to the platform (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React).
• Perform code reviews and follow established development standards and security guidelines.
• Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with QA engineers to troubleshoot issues and ensure robust testing coverage.
