Key Responsibilities

Execute client orders with speed and accuracy.

Generate leads through existing clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Serve HNI clients, retail clients, and sub-brokers.

Handle risk / limit queries for online clients.

Address client queries via email, telephone, and walk-ins for account opening & trading across equity, commodity, and currency.

Calculate client commissions and handle related entries.

Identify new business development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Graduation with

1+ year of experience .

NISM Certification is compulsory.

Strong dealing experience with a performance-driven mindset.

Ethical, empathetic, and proactive approach toward client service.

Good understanding of brokerage operations and willingness to learn.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills.
