"SNACC" , a fast-growing clean-label snacking brand that focuses on taste, transparency, and trust. We are expanding across modern trade, exports, e-commerce, and quick-commerce and are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

This is a full-time employment position (not a contract or partnership role). The CEO will lead business strategy, oversee operations, build teams, and scale SNACC as a consumer FMCG brand in India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop long-term growth strategies across retail, modern trade, exports, and e-commerce.

Oversee P&L, financial planning, product portfolio, and new market expansion.

Build and lead cross-functional teams : operations, marketing, sales, finance, supply chain.

Establish strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, agencies, and investors.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

10–15 years of senior leadership experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, F&B, or D2C.

Proven track record in scaling consumer brands and driving multi-channel expansion.

Strong experience in P&L ownership, brand strategy, and team leadership.

Compensation

Salary : ₹24-30 LPA
