Source & screen candidates for Non- IT requirements

Coordinate interviews & manage candidate pipeline

Ensure timely closures & great candidate experience

📌 Requirements :

1–3 years of non IT recruitment experience

Hands-on with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
