Role Overview :
The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP / SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive HR strategy and workforce planning
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Manage end-to-end hiring across functions
- Run KRAs / OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives
- Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement
- Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation
- Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs
Requirements :
2+ years in leadership roles
