Job Title : Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems — especially in the context of Digital & Manual Retrieval or HEDIS . This role bridges the gap between Product, Engineering, Clinical SMEs, and Operations by translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. You will play a key role in shaping system behavior, ensuring delivery quality, and aligning solutions to end-user workflows.

Required Qualifications :

• 4–8 years of experience as a BA, in US healthcare IT , clinical data, or payer-side products
• Strong understanding of Chart Retrieval processes, or HEDIS abstraction workflows
• Proficient in tools like Azure DevOps / Jira, Lucidchart / Visio, SQL (basic queries), Confluence
• Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environment (certification must)
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills
