Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact between the leader and internal / external stakeholders. Draft, review, and respond to emails and messages. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive communication. Bridge communication gaps across teams and ensure follow-ups. Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, and conferences. Prepare agendas, minutes, follow-up trackers, and action items. Ensure timely closure of tasks coming out of leadership meetings. Plan and book domestic / international travel. Prepare travel itineraries, expense reports, and reimbursements. Coordinate logistics for events, offsites, and conferences. Support leadership in annual / quarterly business planning and review cycles. Track strategic initiatives, KPIs, and key project milestones. Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis required for decision-making.
We are looking for a EA to the CEO., having excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the aviation / fashion industry is preferred. Should be open to travelling with the CEO as required .
Location Gurgaon / Mumbai

- Prioritize meetings, block focus time, and avoid conflicts.
- Coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Ensure the leader is prepared with agendas, briefs, and pre-reads.
