SAP SD Consultant - Integration & Implementation

Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) consultant with 7-8 years of experience to drive sales, distribution and order-to-cash process improvements within our clients SAP ecosystem. The consultant will engage in full lifecycle implementation, enhancement and support of SAP SD, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, integration teams and end users. This role will be on a contract basis for one year but is expected to be extensible based on performance and client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD implementations : business blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Analyse business requirements for order-to-cash (OTC) including sales orders, quotations, contracts, billing, shipping, delivery, returns, inter-company, consignment, third-party processes.
• Configure SAP SD module : master data (customers, materials, pricing, output determination), sales document types, delivery / shipment setup, billing types, condition technique (pricing, rebates), route / shipping point determination, partner / material determination, availability check, credit and debit memos.
• Ensure strong integration with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), FI / CO (Finance & Controlling), PP / LE (Production / Logistics Execution), WM / EWM (Warehouse), as needed.
• Develop functional specification documents for custom enhancements, interface requirements and data migration; coordinate with technical teams (ABAP / IDoc / EDI) as needed.
• Plan and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and support cut-over activities.
• Provide post-go-live hyper-care, production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Prepare and maintain documentation : functional designs, test scripts, user manuals, training material and process flows.
• Conduct workshops with end-users and stakeholders; provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP SD processes and compliance.
• Manage the deliverables, timelines and ensure quality and compliance with project methodology (e.g., ASAP / Activate) and governance standards.
