Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing performance marketing strategies to drive growth and audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets. You will stay updated on industry trends to suggest data-driven improvements and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and online advertising platforms (e.G., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis platforms.
• Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation to drive campaign outcomes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work remotely, manage priorities, and meet deadlines independently.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
