Job descriptionManage a team of recruiters and ensure their performance & productivity. Work closely with business development teams to understand upcoming demand. Coordinate with clients / hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Understand client requirements, JD discussions, and delivery timelines. Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders for contract staffing needs. Ensure closures within defined TAT. Improve internal hiring processes and implement recruitment best practices. Track metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix, and pipeline strength. Ensure compliance with internal and client policies. Oversee documentation, vendor onboarding, and background verification coordination. Proven experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (preferably staffing / contract staffing). Strong team management and client-facing experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools, and social sourcing. Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-driven environment.

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Domestic IT hiring, especially for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, leading teams, coordinating with delivery / hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of niche and volume IT requirements.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely delivery for contract and permanent positions. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and team-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end hiring cycles for IT & Non-IT roles across multiple clients.
- Develop hiring strategies, sourcing plans, and delivery models.
- Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, head-hunting, and referrals.
