About the Role :

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, document, and implement technology-driven solutions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to ensure business goals are accurately translated into functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses to evaluate potential business solutions.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support IT and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to resolve project issues.
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and training guides.
• Ensure that delivered IT solutions meet business objectives and align with strategic goals.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and assistance.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to management.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement.
