Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed service sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Client Acquisition : Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on Global Capability Center (GCC) logos.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Deal Closure : Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, expertly negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and report on progress using CRM tools.
- Collaboration : Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
Required Skills & Delhi : 5 18 years of experience in IT Service Sales.
