Role- Project Coordinator

Exp- 3 to 5 years

Location-Noida (5 days WFO )

Notice Period- 30 days

Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate between internal teams (development, design, QA) and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.

Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and assist in resolving issues.

Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.

Support project managers in resource allocation, task tracking, and delivery planning.

Ensure that all project activities align with defined processes and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

3to 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in IT / software services).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
