Sap Ariba Consultant

The SAP Ariba Support Resource is responsible for providing functional and technical support for the SAP Ariba platform. This role ensures the smooth operation of Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.), manages user issues, performs configurations, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The resource will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP Ariba consultants, and technical teams to resolve incidents, implement changes, optimize procurement processes and most importantly, increase adoption of SAP Ariba within the Global Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the SPOC for Ariba within the Global Procurement team
• Diligently work with all stakeholders to increase adoption of the Ariba platform and its features within Global Procurement team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Ariba and implement the same
• Support training efforts by assisting in the preparation of user guides and conducting training sessions.
• Communicate system changes and enhancements to users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand new requirements
• Develop and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Support testing and validation of new functionalities, patches, and releases.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing.
