Ecommerce Performance Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing efforts across e-commerce brands. This role is all about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions, sharp execution, and close collaboration with creative and tech teams. You’ll own performance outcomes end-to-end from strategy to optimisation.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with a strong focus on ROAS.
• Manage and align performance strategies with Shopify-based e-commerce ecosystems.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and make real-time optimisations.
• Handle media budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
• Work closely with design and development teams on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page performance.
• Build and scale audience targeting, including remarketing and lookalike audiences.
• Run A / B tests across creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and growth recommendations.
• Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising.
