Job descriptionMonitor and update flight schedules with complete accuracy. Rebook flights due to cancellations or last-minute changes. Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and partners to verify bookings and resolve flight-related issues. Handle inbound customer queries during night shifts. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Provide real-time updates on itinerary changes with clear communication. Maintain accurate booking records. Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation. Prepare end-of-shift reports for seamless handovers. Manage emergency travel disruptions promptly. Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations. Share detailed notes for issues forwarded to day teams. Back-office administration CRM & internal communication Airline & supplier coordination Customer engagement & support Strong knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre (GDS expertise highly preferred). Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for night shifts & rotational offs. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome! Prior travel customer service or ticketing experience is a plus.
