Platform Team Leader

Essential : Ability to handle 8~12 engineers’ team and 10+ projects.

Ability to handle meetings with international teams on Teams call / physical meeting. Must have very good proficiency in English language.

Need sufficient riding exposure and understanding of 2W vehicle dynamics.

Good knowledge of vehicle assembly and its sub-parts assembly.

Ability to do data analysis.

Hands-on experience.

Responsibilities :

Project management for one Brand, completing RASCI matrix with international teams and within R&D.

Bike evaluations, assembly, team handling, report preparation, meeting handling.

Basic 2W knowledge.

Specific expertise required for functional area :

2W riding skills - on road.

Hands-on experience on assembly area.

Aware about the new technologies and testing protocols needed to validate the same.
