Company Description Samarthang Healthcare Private Limited Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Bengaluru South. The Speech Therapist will work with individuals of various age groups to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for communication disorders, speech difficulties, language disorders, and swallowing issues (dysphagia). Responsibilities include developing and implementing therapy plans, monitoring progress, maintaining records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques, including assessment, planning, and treatment Expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders across age groups Experience working with Dysphagia and associated swallowing disorders Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and related rehabilitation strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Certification or licensure as a Speech Therapist (as applicable) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is preferred Previous clinical experience is an advantage
