ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate to drive

customer engagement and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
Present the company's products / services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or

calls.

Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Pitch products / services effectively to prospects

Manage sales pipeline and track progress

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams (Computer

Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
