A minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience within HRIS, IT, or Human Resources functions, with at least 5 years explicitly dedicated to the management and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central expertise is mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Governance (SAP SuccessFactors) : Formulate and govern the comprehensive HRIS product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year roadmap, with a primary focus on the SAP SuccessFactors suite (e.G., Employee Central, Learning, Performance Management, etc.).
Key Activities : Systematically gather and analyze business requirements from Human Resources stakeholders, prioritize feature development based on strategic alignment and demonstrable Return on Investment (ROI), manage the product backlog, and rigorously enforce system governance standards (data quality, security protocols, regulatory compliance).
Enterprise Solution Architecture, Configuration, and Optimization : Direct the design, configuration, and continuous optimization of SuccessFactors modules to effectively address both current operational needs and future organizational requirements.
Key Activities : Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, perform system configuration within SuccessFactors, manage comprehensive testing cycles (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing - UAT), and resolve complex, escalated system incidents.
HR System Integration and Data Integrity Management : Ensure the development and maintenance of seamless, highly stable, and secure integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.G., Financial ERP, Payroll platforms, external third-party vendors) utilizing middleware solutions such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). IAS / IPS-General configurations. Understanding of SuccessFactors integration center, SAP HCM to SF integration and BIB replication framework.
Key Activities : Define integration architecture blueprints and robust data flow methodologies, oversee the rigorous design and implementation lifecycle of new integrations, continuously monitor the health of existing interfaces, and strictly enforce data quality protocols across all integrated platforms.
Cross-functional Stakeholder and Vendor Relationship Management : Serve as the authoritative primary interface among Human Resources, Information Technology, system end-users, and external consulting partners or vendors.
Key Activities : Proactively communicate system enhancements and roadmap updates to organizational stakeholders, strategically manage vendor contracts and service performance, and provide expert consultation and high-level support to the HR function.
Advanced Operational Support and Organizational Change Management : Direct the processes for escalated L2 and L3 production support within the HRIS ecosystem. Spearhead formal Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives associated with system deployments and major technical upgrades.
Key Activities : Establish and document formal system support protocols, guarantee the timely resolution of complex incidents, manage the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process, and develop professional-grade training materials and documentation for the user base.
