About Us

At Xysma Recyclotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we're building KabadCart — India's first AI-powered, tech-driven scrap management platform. Our mission is to revolutionize the unorganized waste sector through technology and smart sustainability.

We're expanding fast and looking for passionate React Native developers to join our core tech team and help shape the future of waste-tech innovation.

Internship Details

Tenure : 3 Months (Unpaid)

Mode : In-office (Jaipur)

Post-Internship : Full-time offer with compensation based on performance

What You'll Do

Build responsive and scalable mobile apps using React Native
Collaborate with founders and product teams to design new features
Work with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB / SQL for backend integration
Implement sleek and user-friendly interfaces with modern design libraries
Contribute to the full product lifecycle—from development to deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Tech Skills You Should Have

Strong grasp of React Native, React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

Familiarity with Node.js, REST APIs, and database systems (MongoDB / SQL)

Knowledge of UI frameworks like TailwindCSS or similar

Understanding of Git workflows, version control, and CI / CD

Bonus : Exposure to WebSockets (Socket.IO) and real-time app development

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working in early-stage startups

Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or VPS deployment

Familiarity with testing tools like Jest or Mocha

A genuine interest in sustainability and the circular economy
