Job descriptionEnsuring that the appropriate records are generated, monitored correctly and appear correctly on end customer billing. Performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams. Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitors the same. Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues, from identification through to quantification through to resolution. Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction. Speaking to the business across Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams. Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where required. Ensure the ageing is not increased. Educational Qualification : Any Graduate with additional qualification of MBA in Finance preferred.
Work Experience and Skills required : .
- 8-12 years of experience required.
- An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.
- Experience of industry fraud risks and issues that can arise from billing.
- A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.
- Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables.
- Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
