We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Growth Manager who can own acquisition and marketing initiatives for ScopeX. You will play a pivotal role in aligning growth goals with the user journey—from first touch to long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end Partnerships Program as a strategic revenue driver.
- Source, assess, and build authentic relationships with influencers who align with the brand's voice and values.
- Work directly with leadership to expand and strengthen partnerships across geographies.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including pipeline creation, onboarding, negotiations.
- Lead all influencer campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Tiktok), from concept to reporting.
- Negotiate smartly, always optimising spends while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Measure what matters - track KPIs like hook rate, hold rate, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
- Use insights to constantly evolve campaign formats, briefs, and performance strategy.
- Maintain a detailed creator CRM with clear data, pipelines, and relationship notes.
- Streamline creator briefs, contracts, and content approval processes.
- Collaborate closely with brand, performance, and content teams to integrate influencer strategy with wider marketing goals.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and formats and translate them into practical experimentation.
Qualifications -
1–2 years of experience in influencer management, event management, or partnerships.Proven track record of influencer campaign creation & execution.Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and community platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects at the same timeHigh energy, self-driven, and passionate about building impactful communities.AI first in problem solvingReally Good To Have -
