Job Description

• 4+ years' Experience in implementation(mandatory) and support projects
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Planning & Career Development
• Strong Succession Planning & Career Development functional process knowledge
• Experience conducting workshops, prepare workbooks, configuration, test cycles and deployment
• Knowledge of integration with other HR processes and 3rd party applications
