We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Java and cloud technologies to join our dynamic engineering team

Primary Skills (Must-have) :

Java 8+
Spring Boot & RESTful web services
CI / CD tools (e.g.,Docker, Jenkins)

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have) :

MySQL

Redis

AWS

DynamoDB

NodeJS

Minimum Qualifications :

5–7 years of experience in backend development and cloud environments.

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with CI / CD tools such as Docker and Jenkins.

Hands-on with relational databases like MySQL and in-memory data stores like Redis.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, ECR, RDS, and SQS.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.

Bonus : Experience with NodeJS.

Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and system issues effectively.

Proactively identify and address performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility concerns.

Contribute to system architecture and participate in technical design reviews.

Ensure code quality and new features meet performance benchmarks and reliability goals.

Maintain system uptime and reinforce customer trust with high availability.

Collaborate within Agile teams, adhering to Scrum principles and best practices.
