Key responsibilities

• Operations management : Oversee daily branch operations including loan disbursement cash management and vault keeping.
• Business development : Drive sales by meeting and exceeding financial targets acquiring new customers and promoting gold loan products.
• Team leadership : Recruit train and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance.
• Customer service : Build strong customer relationships handle inquiries and complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Compliance and risk management : Ensure compliance with all relevant banking and non-banking financial company (NBFC) guidelines and manage risks effectively.
• Financial performance : Monitor and improve branch profitability ensure fee income targets are met and prepare performance reports.
• Marketing and sales strategy : Collaborate with marketing teams and conduct local marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
