We’re Hiring : UI / UX Website Designer (Design-first, Tech-aware, Future-ready)

At TNSC, we’re building digital experiences that are simple, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable to use and we’re looking for a UI / UX Website Designer who understands that great design is not just beautiful, it’s usable, scalable, and technically realistic.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with logic, aesthetics with structure, and user psychology with real-world development constraints.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Owning)1. UX Research & Ideation

• Understand user needs, business goals, and real pain points
• Audit existing experiences, analyse competitors, and map user journeys
• Convert insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes that make sense
