Job description3–8 years as Business Analyst or Technical Analyst . Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets formulas, App Script basics preferred). Ability to write user stories, workflows, test cases, and requirement documents. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical / problem-solving ability.

Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs , user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow charts , and SOPs.
- Support the Solution Architect with feasibility analysis and functional / technical clarification.
- Collaborate with Google Workspace teams (Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail) and assist developers with logic, rules, and edge cases.
- Perform preliminary testing , validate results with users, and support UAT.
- Maintain documentation repositories and track issues, dependencies, and risks.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams .
