Video Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Team Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end video production—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong creative direction, technical production knowledge, and the ability to manage and lead a video team to deliver high-quality content consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the video production team (editors, videographers, interns, and crew)
• Plan, direct, and execute video shoots including lighting, camera angles & set design
• Review and supervise video edits across formats (ads, reels, interviews, tutorials, etc.)
• Develop and maintain video production workflow & quality standards
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of content
• Work closely with the Creative Director / Marketing team to align creative requirements
• Maintain production equipment and manage resources efficiently
• Conduct team training, performance reviews & creative feedback sessions
• Troubleshoot production challenges & improve team performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas
