In-depth knowledge of ITSM , ITOM , CMDB , and Service Portal customization . Proven experience with integrations β REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, JDBC, and external APIs. Experience in Flow Designer , Business Rules , Script Includes , and Custom Applications . Familiarity with Performance Analytics , Reporting , and Security (ACLs) . Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer or Architect to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, a strong background in ITSM / ITOM modules, and proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise-level solutions.
Youβll collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient workflows across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets using JavaScript and the Glide API.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and other middleware.
- Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, and asset management modules.
- Implement automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Manage and review update sets, version control, and CI / CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and ITIL best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
