Job Title : HR Intern Location : Gurgaon Employment Type : Internship Duration : 3-6 Months About the Role : We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate with strong communication skills and a keen interest in building a career in HR. Key Responsibilities : Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations. Communicate with candidates and employees in a professional and timely manner. Provide administrative support to the HR team as required. Requirements : Graduate or undergraduate (any stream can apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.
