Sales Director

NopalCyber makes cybersecurity manageable, affordable, reliable, and powerful for companies that need to be resilient and compliant. Through Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR), Attack Surface Management (ASM), Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS), and Advisory Services, we fortify our clients' cybersecurity across both offense and defence.

Our AI-driven Nopal360° platform, NopalGo mobile app, and proprietary Cyber Intelligence Quotient (CIQ) enable organizations to quantify, track, and visualize their cybersecurity posture in real time. We democratize enterprise-grade security operations for organizations of all sizes by lowering the barrier to entry while raising the bar for security and service.

As the Sales Director , you will lead NopalCyber's business growth across regions by defining sales strategy, driving enterprise client acquisition, and building strong customer and partner relationships. You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, expanding market share, and ensuring consistent business performance through strategic leadership, collaboration, and execution excellence. This role requires a results-driven leader with deep cybersecurity domain knowledge and a proven record of consultative technology sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and drive NopalCyber's sales strategy, planning, and execution across assigned territories or verticals.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and growth targets through direct and channel sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships within the CIO, CTO, and CISO communities , leveraging existing networks to accelerate business expansion.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans , aligning with organizational goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor regional sales managers and account executives to deliver high-quality customer engagements and proposals.
  • Oversee solution positioning and value articulation for all cybersecurity services including MXDR, ASM, BAS, Advisory, and Managed Security offerings.
  • Lead consultative discussions with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity landscape, identify gaps, and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and proposal development for client opportunities.
  • Oversee partner ecosystem management , including identification, enablement, and joint sales execution with key channel partners.
  • Establish quarterly and annual sales forecasts and maintain clear visibility of pipeline and revenue projections via CRM governance.
  • Ensure sales operations discipline , including opportunity qualification, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to position NopalCyber as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Represent NopalCyber in industry forums, customer events, and executive meetings to reinforce brand presence and market credibility.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to maximize business outcomes.

  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree required.
  • 15+ years of overall experience , with 8+ years in solution-based technology sales and 5+ years in sales leadership roles .
  • Proven success in driving enterprise sales and revenue growth within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as MDR, NDR, EDR, EPP, SIEM, Cloud Security, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, Managed Security Services, Security Operations, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, and Security Policies & Procedures.
  • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud architectures.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, and presentation skills with executive-level presence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an outcome-focused approach.
