Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer support, and effectively promoting products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, presenting tailored financial solutions, and meeting sales targets through client-focused communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
  • Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
  • Experience in Training is a plus to share effective strategies and techniques
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field is preferred
