Job descriptionMin Industry Experience : 5 – 8 years Relevant Experience in Similar Role & Industry is preferred Only - B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation), Diploma - Electrical & Electronics, B.Sc. - Electronics. Exposure to Electronic / Electrical / Automation Industry is preferred. Efficient technical skill in MS office, Office 365 and CRM tools. Teamwork skills Strategic & Solution-oriented approach. Good Communication and facilitation Skills Ability & willingness to meet the deadlines and defined goals Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Analytical Abilities & Creativity Industry / Customer knowledge Relevant Product Knowledge Law of the land and legal framework related to sales Commercial framework related to sales Knowledge of sales processes Travelling in defined Territory Willingness to relocate as per job requirement. Very good command on communication in English. High level of self-motivation, success, goal orientation, time management and strong communication skills. Reporting Business Results using CRM tools like QlikView, Excel, Salesforce. Managing Intra-Departmental Communication. Answering calls and liaising with customers competently. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs. Preparing preliminary draft of correspondence. Point of contact between the manager and customers (Internal / External) Planning & Organising Meetings. Taking dictation & write minutes. Make travel arrangements. Support Field Sales & Inside sales team in their day-to-day activities. Prepare Training Calendar for technical Training.
Overview / Objectives :
- Will be responsible for Sales, Operation activities of BA- DC in Phoenix Contact.
- This position is responsible for maintaining the sales and marketing functions on all digital platforms like SuperOffice, Customer Portal, Qlik View, GPS Tracking system etc.
- Responsible for the data consolidation and compilation for qualitative as well as quantitative analysis which evaluate the PxC Sales and marketing activities.
- Co-ordination with Sales and Marketing teams for reports updating for PxC HQ reporting.
- Support to the Sales team for all day-to-day digital platforms activities and resolving their all related issues.
- This position is also responsible for development in co-ordination with IT team for new reports / modules / software as well as monitoring the existing one for effective functioning of the system.
