Keystar Gems Inc. is a New York-based lab-grown diamond wholesale and manufacturing company. We work with clients across the U.S and Canada, offering a wide inventory of certified diamonds and custom jewelry solutions.
We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented team member to support our operations and sales coordination remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and update memos and invoices using internal inventory systems
- Maintain payment logs , track pending memos, and follow up on due dates
- Post stock lists to WhatsApp broadcast groups and coordinate with clients
- Create, organize, and update Excel / Google Sheets stock and order reports
- Assist in preparing customer-facing documents (PDFs, pricing lists, etc.)
- Coordinate daily with the NYC sales team and Indian production team
- Make professional WhatsApp / phone follow-ups when needed
Skills Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong English communication (written + verbal)Organized and responsive, with good time managementComfortable using WhatsApp, Gmail, Google DriveExperience in admin, CRM, sales coordination, or back-office roles (any industry)
