As we grow, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Consultant to help more people across Germany find and secure the right home with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Make cold and warm calls to potential tenants, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable apartments from our listings
- Communicate clearly and professionally over phone and email, guiding prospects through the rental journey
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings
- Follow up to gather required documents, support with contract signing, and assist with handover coordination
- Keep all lead activity updated and organized in our CRM system
What You Bring
Strong spoken and written EnglishConfident making cold calls and building quick rapport5+ years Experience in sales, customer outreach, or lead generation is mandatoryComfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote roleWhy Urban Ground
