Job Title : Cell and Molecular biology Scientist

Location : Delhi

We are seeking a skilled Molecular Biology Scientist with a Master's degree in Biotechnology or M.Tech to join our research team. The candidate will be responsible for performing molecular biology techniques, maintaining and handling cell cultures, and conducting lentiviral vector production and titration. Experience in cytotoxicity assays and cell line management is essential. The role includes designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating on research projects to support advances in gene therapy and related fields.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform molecular cloning, PCR, restriction digestion, and ELISA assays.
• Maintain cell culture, including primary T cell culture and cell lines.
• Produce and titrate lentiviral vectors for gene delivery experiments.
• Conduct cytotoxicity and functional assays to evaluate cellular responses.
• Analyze experimental data and maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Qualifications :
• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or M.Tech preferred.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques and cell culture.
• Knowledge of lentiviral vector production and titration methods.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Experience in immunoassays and cytotoxicity assays is a plus.
