SAP Transformation & Strategy Consultant (AI-Enabled Solutions)

We are seeking a

seasoned SAP professional

with deep knowledge across the

SAP product portfolio

and proven experience guiding clients through

SAP transformations

— including

Greenfield, Brownfield, upgrades, and migrations . The ideal candidate combines

strong technical understanding, strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills

to engage with executive and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Lead strategic discussions with customers to define and shape their

SAP roadmap

— from S / 4HANA migrations to modernization journeys.

Advise clients on the most suitable approach (Greenfield, Brownfield, or hybrid) aligned with business goals and technical landscape.

Identify opportunities to

integrate AI and analytics

into SAP business processes and transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into

solution architectures, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).

Support

RFP / RFI

responses, providing clear and compelling SAP solution strategies.

Stay current with the SAP ecosystem — including S / 4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Datasphere, AI / ML, and cloud migration trends.

Deliver executive-level presentations and workshops with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications :

10+ years of SAP experience with exposure to multiple modules and integration touchpoints.

Deep understanding of

S / 4HANA transformations

and the

SAP ecosystem (ECC, BTP, Cloud, AI, Analytics, Integration Suite, etc.) .

Proven track record in

pre-sales, RFP response, and SOW creation.

Strong grasp of

AI and automation trends

in enterprise transformation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage both technical and C-level stakeholders.

Prior experience in consulting, SAP advisory, or solution architecture preferred.
