About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, campaign performance, and content alignment for Seekho. You’ll work across performance marketing, creatives, and channel strategy to execute high-impact marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Analyze performance data to reduce CAC and improve conversions
- Collaborate with content and product teams to align supply with demand
- Drive creative strategy and manage execution of high-performing ad assets
- Support growth experiments and track performance across funnels
Must-Have
2+ years in marketing or growth roles at a high-growth startupStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel / Sheets; SQL is a plus)Experience running and optimizing performance marketing campaignsCreative mindset with high ownership and execution abilityGood-to-Have
Background in content / media or consumer-tech businessesFamiliarity with attribution tools, GA, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
