We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales with strong expertise in IT hardware sales, including laptops, desktops, servers, storage, firewalls, networking equipment, and other enterprise IT infrastructure.
The candidate should also have knowledge of software licensing, cloud solutions, networking products, and managed IT services, enabling complete solution-based selling to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of enterprise IT hardware products such as :
Laptops, Desktops, Workstations
Servers & Storage
Firewalls, Routers, Switches
Printers, Peripherals & IT Accessories
IT AMC / Facility Management Services
Identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across industries.
Build strong relations with IT Heads, Procurement Heads, CIOs & CTOs.
Pitch complete hardware + software + network solutions based on client needs.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle : l ead generation → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Collaborate with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Sophos, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.) to create competitive offerings.
Prepare commercial proposals, product quotations, and RFP responses.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and update CRM.
Track competitor pricing, new IT technologies, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA is an advantage.
4–10 years of proven experience in IT hardware enterprise sales.
Strong knowledge of :
Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Data Center Hardware
Networking products : Switches, Routers, Firewalls
Software Licensing : Microsoft, Adobe, Antivirus, OS, etc.
IT Infrastructure Solutions & AMC services
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of enterprise procurement & tender processes.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and large corporate accounts.
Result-driven with a consistent history of meeting sales targets.
Preferred Experience
Worked with IT distributors, OEM partners, system integrators, or corporate resellers.
Experience selling IT solutions to BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Government organizations.
Existing client network and OEM connections.
