We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality arcade games, known for our innovative designs and durable products. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with telecalling experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and share accurate quotations with clients
• Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel (inventory, sales orders, schedules)
• Telecalling : Follow-ups, client / vendor coordination, order confirmation
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Assist with documentation, reports, presentations & general office tasks
