Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Client Relationship Manager to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact for clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Have Good understanding of Contract Staffing / Contract Recruitement
- Have good relation in managing Cognizant / Infosys / IBM Kyndry account
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Understand client business objectives and ensure solutions align with their needs.
- Manage client onboarding, regular reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Handle client issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services / products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support, etc.) to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement through KPIs and feedback.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, progress, and future plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings to advise clients effectively.
