Job Summary :
We are seeking an IBM ESB Developer with 3-5 years of experience. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand their requirements and clarify any queries that may arise.
2. Must have good knowledge on creating REST APIs, ESQL Coding.
3. Should have Knowledge on Creating HTTP Services.
4. Should have knowledge on creating MQ Message flows.
5. Develop applications and message flows using ACE 12, and support all ACE 12 environments, including Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, Training, and PROD.
6. Create necessary resources such as queues and channels on IBM MQ 9.4.
7. Create DB scripts to update database lookups used in transformations.
8. Enhance existing flows based on client requirements.
9. Conduct peer code reviews, present code demos, and implement any changes suggested during the reviews.
10. Participate in client status and release planning calls as needed and provide updates on development progress.
11. Perform end-to-end testing in the QA environment after development is complete and validate the results.
12. Prepare release notes and change requests for production deployments, attend CAB meetings to discuss the deployment, and validate the process post-deployment.
13. Coordinate with source and destination teams for post-deployment validation.
14. Address any defects reported by clients in the Test / Stage environments.
15. Collaborate with source and destination support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, identifying the root cause.
16. Conduct health checks for all environments, including MQ, database logs, and the event viewer.
17. Additionally, having knowledge of IIB (ACE) and MQ Administration on Windows Server is highly beneficial.
