Job descriptionHandle building finishing works including plastering, flooring, painting, masonry, and façade activities. Coordinate with architects and subcontractors to ensure finishes meet specifications and quality standards. Understand and coordinate basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems. Ensure proper sequencing of MEP services with civil and finishing activities. Verify MEP provisions during RCC and finishing stages. Prepare quantity estimations and material requirements as per drawings and site needs. Prepare and verify contractor bills and maintain measurement books. Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural drawings. Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely execution as per project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and finishing works. Experience in Mi-van shuttering and RCC execution. Understanding of MEP systems and service coordination. Proficient in quantity estimation, billing, and BBS preparation. Ability to read and interpret architectural / structural drawings. Good communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

- Execute and supervise all civil activities including RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.
- Manage Mi-van shuttering activities with proper alignment, safety, and quality checks.
- Oversee piling works, basement construction, waterproofing, and retaining wall activities.
