Job descriptionPart of the Senior Leadership Team heading and managing the design team & shaping the culture. Guide and mentor art and design teams. Oversee projects from brief to final execution Experience in handling and managing a team, client interactions, and presentations. Work closely with the Copy & Strategy teams for retainer clients as well as pitches. Actively involved in developing and ideating various concepts and designs. Seasoned in creating content independently and in guiding the art, design, and motion graphics team. Expertise in art direction. Good at visualising concepts and guiding the design team with executions. Should have experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and AI tools. Lead concept development and creative execution across brands Maintain high creative standards and explore innovative formats Strong portfolio across digital, social, and integrated work Ability to manage teams and juggle multiple projects
